Modular Training

Ashok Leyland Defence Systems’ comprehensive training programme is based on ‘Train the Trainer’ philosophy, where, selected customer personnel undergo intensive training by ALDS.

Once the customer personnel are certified, they can train other personnel on-site and issue official “User Training Certificates”. Both trainers and end-users will have to undergo refresher courses at periodic intervals to retain and renew their certification.

Ashok Leyland Defence Systems offers extended warranty based on the attendance of trainers and end-users for refresher courses. The modular training packages include both basic and advanced training for operators and maintenance crews.
