Commenting on the inauguration, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, Vice President - Parts, Ashok Leyland, said, “Ashok Leyland vehicles have gained significant ground across regions, including the North-East India market. Addressing this need, we have recently launched two important customer facing initiatives LEYKART and Service-Mandi. While LEYKART is a digital platform to source Genuine Spare Parts ‘LEYPARTS®’ from anywhere, Service-Mandi is a digital platform to source service support anywhere in India. With a special focus on North-East, we had operated our own dealership to fulfill customer needs. Now, in order to support the increased number of vehicles, we are setting up a larger and far reaching parts network here.
